As Cedar Rapids' General Manager, Grant's responsibilities include managing staff and resources by ensuring optimization of productivity and the delivery of quality customer service. Grant maintains positive relationships with all customers and is a key part in the resolution of elevated customer concerns.

Jason Kula, Service Manager
As the Service Manager in Cedar Rapids, Jason supervises and schedules all Service Department activities to ensure the repair and maintenance of equipment exceeds customer expectations. He also handles any customer questions or concerns regarding the condition and operation of equipment.

Terry Howe, Parts Manager
As Cedar Rapids' Parts Manager, Terry oversees parts processing and develops annual objectives for the department to provide a reliable parts supply to customers. Terry is a key part in the resolution of any backorder purchases or general parts concerns and works to exceed customer needs.
